EVV Area WHS Alumni Luncheon will be held Friday,
June 15, 2012
Join the EVV Area WHS Alumni luncheon group at the new
location - The Carousel Restaurant, 5115 Monroe,
Evansville. We begin at 12:00 Noon
CDT. Ample parking, large range of menu
items, senior citizens discount available.

we purged our mailing list because many have changed
e-mail addresses or their internet service providers
have changed names. Several were being rejected
and returned to us as undeliverable. If yours

Cen Ind WHS Alumni Luncheon May 18, 2012
Please plan to attend at Dawson's (1464 Main St.)
in Speedway, Indiana, on May 18, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
They will have the meeting room used in the
past. Parking is on Main St. and W. 15th
Street.
It was discussed
at the last luncheon the need to avoid the last
Friday (May 25) due to many of us had Memorial Day
weekend plans, so Friday May 18 is the alternative
date.
Please reply to Alan Bechtel by Wednesday May 16
if you plan to attend so I can advise Dawson's of
the luncheon group size. Please reply to:

The Winslow Eskimos from Winslow High School,
Winslow, Indiana have been around since 1911 and were in existence
until end of school year 1974. Beginning school year 1975 Winslow was
consolidated along with all the other high schools in Pike County, Indiana into
Pike Central High School. Pike Central is located 4 miles
north of Winslow, Indiana. Many former Winslow Eskimo
children, grand-children, etc now attend Pike Central. There
also is a Winslow Elementary School still in Winslow and a feeder school
for Pike Central. |
