PETERSBURG, IN — Charlotte Joan Hale, 59, died
Friday, April 27, 2007, at St. Mary's Medical
Center, Evansville, IN . She was an RN
and had worked at several hospitals and nursing
homes.
She is survived by mother, Vena Ashby; sister,
Ruth Copple and brothers, Kenny and Gerald.
Services were 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lamb-Basham
Memorial Chapel in Oakland City, Ind., with burial
in Atkinson Chapel Cemetery near Oatsville,
Ind.
Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. to
service Tuesday at the funeral home.
