Richard Joe Morgan. 74, of Whippoorwill Court,
Sanford, Florida, died August 21, 2011 at his home. He was born
on September 26, 1936 in Washington, Indiana, the son of Richard D. and
Martha Coleman Morgan. He was a graduate of Winslow High School,
Class of 1954. He was a retired pilot for the
U.S. Air force. He enjoyed reading, golfing, artwork and loved his
cats. Richard is survived by a son, Richard Morgan of Las Vegas,
NV; a daughter, Lori (Bob) Mager of Sanford, Florida; four grandchildren,
Rachel Arrington, Miranda and Jessica Morgan and Sarah Shields; and two
great grand-daughters, Emily and Katie Arrinton; and a brother, Gary
Morgan and numerous cousins. Friends called on Wednesday, August
24, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home,
1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City Florida. A Memorial Service
will be held on September 24, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. at the Deltona Memorial
Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, Florida 32763. At
a later date, his ashes will be returned to Petersburg, Ind. |
