Katie J. Tempco - 57,of Evansville, IN passed away Sunday,
March 6, 2011 at St. Mary's Medical Center.
Katie was born November 20, 1953. She attended the Winslow
School system. She was employed with Olinger Distributors and in
1992 earned the title of the first saleswoman of the year. Katie
enjoyed fishing with her husband, Brandy. They also enjoyed
traveling to many places including Florida, Savannah, GA, and most
recently a Mediterranean Cruise.
Katie is survived by husband, Brandy Tempco of Evansville, IN;
stepson Mick Tempco of Evansville, IN, mother, Mabel Bonenberger of
Vincennes, IN; father, Larry Bonenberger and Marilyn Hulsey of St.
Petersburg, FL; stepmother, Rita Bonenberger of Jamestown, NC; sister,
Vicky Boyer of Vincennes, IN; brothers, Jimmie Hook and his wife, Sherry
of Vincennes, IN and Dutch and his wife, Anita of Chapel Hill, NC.
Mother and father-in-law, Jane and Andy Tempco, sisters and
brothers-in-law, Suzy and Cliff Rafferty, Annie and Tim Coslett, Jack and
Denise Tempco. Many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins in
Indiana, Florida and Texas, and her "Boys", Sammie, Moe-Moe and
Maxie.
Funeral services were held at 7:30 pm, Thursday, March 10, 2011 at
Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave, with Father Gregory Chamberlin,
OSB officiating. Friends called from 2:00 pm until service time at
Browning Funeral Home.
