WINSLOW - Prentice Rick Vaughn, age 57, died at 2:15 p.m. Monday,
July 10, 2006, at his residence.
He was born April 30, 1949, in Daviess County, Indiana, the son
of the late Prentice "Bud" Vaughn and Ina Mae Sullivan
Vaughn, who survives.
Rick was a graduate of Winslow High School, Class of 1967.
He was a Heatec service technician.
Surviving are his mother, Ina Mae Sullivan Vaughn, of
Petersburg; wife, Vonda Matthews Vaughn of Winslow, Ind.; son,
Matt Vaughn and wife, Kim, of Stendal, Indiana; daughter, Stacy
Vaughn and fiance, Travis McCandless, of Winslow, Indiana; sister,
Donna Kreilein and husband, Tom, of New Albany, Indiana; and three
grandchildren, Casey Thorne, Dakota Conrad and Shelby Vaughn.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday, July 14, 2006, at Harris Funeral
Home in Petersburg, the Rev. Terry Beadles officiating, with
burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Petersburg. Visitation is 3
to 8 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to service at the funeral home.
