HORACE C. WHITMAN, JR  -   WHS ALUMNI CLASS OF 1940

WINSLOW — Horace C. Whitman, Jr, 84, died Thursday, March 30, 2006, at Indiana Veterans Home in West Lafayette.

Horace was a Winslow High School Alumni, Class of 1940.

He was a World War II Army veteran.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Nellie and Horace Whitman, Sr.  

Surviving are his caretakers, Janna and Jim Martin.

Services will be 4 p.m. Monday, April 3, 2006 at Oak Hill Cemetery.   Visitation is 2:30 p.m. to service at Curtis Funeral Home.
