Pictured above is a
photograph of the old covered bridge across Patoka
River on south edge of Winslow, Indiana. The
photo was dated 1931.
This bridge was replaced by a open steel framed
structure that was finally replaced by the concrete
structure now serving Winslow on Highway 61.
The present bridge was built and
dedicated to Richard Farley in October 2000 in a
presentation to his family at the Winslow High School
Gym. |
